HOW TO DIRECTLY EDIT A PDF FILE

In the course of my work, I often deal with documents in pdf format which, as most of you know, very difficult to edit. With the right software, you can convert the pdf file into Words format, edit it and re-convert it back to pdf. Over the years, I have tried quite a numbers of web-based tools to manage my “to-do” or task lists. Recently, a friend recommended to me www.gubb.net, and I have been using it ever since. Gubb has a very clean interface and very easy to use. The interface is arranged in such a way that you don’t have to spent hours learning it. You can write down all your tasks in Gubb and arrange them according to priority using background colours. You can put a deadline to all the tasks. GOOGLE’S LITTLE KNOWN BUT USEFUL FUNCTIONS

Do you know that, apart from being an excellent search engine, Google can also perform a few other useful functions to get instant information. If you want to know the definition of some word, say “elated”, just type “define:elated” in Google (make sure that you type it continuously i.e. no break in-between) and Google will immediately returns the definition of the word from a few sources.
