MANAGE YOUR DAILY TASKS WITH GUBB

Over the years, I have tried quite a numbers of web-based tools to manage my “to-do” or task lists. Recently, a friend recommended to me www.gubb.net, and I have been using it ever since. Gubb has a very clean interface and very easy to use. The interface is arranged in such a way that you don’t have to spent hours learning it. You can write down all your tasks in Gubb and arrange them according to priority using background colours. You can put a deadline to all the tasks. Apart from the excellent functions,  another thing that I like about Gubb is that it “turned” my Nokia N82 into a smart PDA. If you have a GPRS connection on your mobile phone, you can access your Gubb’s account. You can read, edit, add, delete or modify your tasks list.If you are on the move and away from your pc, you can program Gubb to email to you your task list, and with your GPRS or 3G mobile phone, you can read it. If you are a boss, you can list out the tasks that you want them to do and get Gubb to email it to them. I was made to understand that Gubb can even send your tasks list to you by sms, but I personally never tried this as I am not sure how the billing charges are done. Gubb may not turn you into a super efficient person overnight, but it will definitely keep you more aware of the tasks that you should be doing.
